I am new to this forum and looking for help with my Windows 10 Pro Dell Desktop having issues with the Bluetooth connection via a Techkey Micro size USB to Dongle (not sure of version). I am using a wireless mouse (Logitech) and keyboard (Arteck) and what happens is the connection regularly seems to get interrupted/stuck and the mouse and keyboard do not work for about a second or so. Occasionally it stays frozen for a long period, I have not measured it but usually for minutes, at which I just come back later. This is extremely frustrating.
One other issue I have is that sometimes the computer does not wake up from sleep, meaning even if I hit the power button and it wakes up nothing displays on the monitor. Unsure if this is also related to the Bluetooth issue. It's annoying to have to restart the computer every time it won't display after waking up.
I have attached a Speccy Txt file of my system. Let me know if you use another tool or format for system info.
