Whenever I would turn on my PC I would see the TUF logo and then the windows watermark then my screen just gos black. I have not used the PC for about 2 months. I tried resetting the PC multiple times and I still get greeted with a black screen. It's custom built and the specs are below

GPU: GTX 1070
CPU: amd Ryzen 5 2600 six-core processor
Ram: viper steel 8gb
Mb: 16384 mb
I can't get the psu because I would need to take apart the whole PC

can you get into BIOS and check all your devices are seen, like the boot drive, all your memory, date and time are correct.

since the PC has sat for a while, I would also remove the memory sticks and GPU, and clean their circuit boards, mobo slots, and contact points with a soft bristled brush.
reseat those components and see if that helps.
