My son has a brand new MSI Aegis gaming desktop PC and a Legion Monitor ... each time he launched fortnite it goes into a black screen. My husband has tried everything recommended, but no luck. It sounds like it may be epic settings...graphic card... we tried many suggestions already looking for anyone that can help
 
If the problem is only with this one game it sounds like you need to be opening a ticket at Fortnite support here

If you have problems with any other game/s post back and let us know which ones.
