I don't know what to do. For a few weeks now my computer has been turning itself off - i.e. the screen goes off, the mechanism still works and the screen doesn't go off completely either, but it goes black, although you can see that it's still on, as if it's shining, it's not completely black. The only thing I can do in such a situation is to hold down the power button, because after closing it or trying to wait it out, the mechanism works all the time. This happens sometimes 4 times during one use, sometimes not at all throughout the 2 days, but when it does go off, sometimes even every 3 minutes.

I know that it's hot all over the world, but where I live since the beginning of summer the temperatures have been around 17-26 degrees, so overheating is out of the question. However, a few days ago I noticed that the laptop's casing was unscrewed - I don't know what happened to the screws that were supposed to hold it together, how on earth they fell out and I don't know if you can buy them anywhere, but there are 4 screws missing and I wonder if that could be the reason. Also, the charger I'm using is not original as the original one got broken (literally), but it happens also when the notebook is not charging

The laptop is Lenovo, Windows 11 (if anyone knows where should I look for the additional info about the model or something else required, please tell me, because I don't know), it was serviced for 5 days, but this black screen didn't happen even once in the service and they gave me it as working. But the screen got black only after 10 minutes of using it at home.

It isn't. Notebook isn't turning off completly and screen isn't off either, both are on but screen is just black.
Notebook was cleaned in the service but this issue still persist.

DDU will not affect data as it is for graphics cards only.
The driver can be downloaded from the pc manufacturer website or the graphics card supplier’s website.
You can use Speccy to find out about the pc.

Does this site allow giving the outside help, such as using Team Viewer or something if I'll not be able to fix it alone? I am rather into humanities and IT isn't my best side. I am afraid to do something that will break down my notebook forever.

Let’s have a look at what’s happening.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.
Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens check mark Select All Then hit GO
Please post the log in your next reply. Attach or copy and paste, whatever is easier for you.

Speccy Scan.

  • Please go here and download Speccy.
  • Install and run the program.
  • Upon Completion:
  • Hit File
  • Publish Snap Shot
  • A link will appear, post that link.

I did it, but there are two issues - no link appeared and logs are in my native language... what to do?

Ok, no problem. I just asked. I couldn't find the rules as I do not speak English well. Nevermind. Just give me a hand the way you are able/allowed to.

Uninstall Bonjour with Geek Uninstaller

Run the Avast Removal Tool.

You have remnants of 360 AV installed and running. >>>>>> This in your services is active. 360bpsvc

Code:
The file 360bpsvc.exe is associated with the 360 Safe Browser, a product developed by Qihoo 360 Software (Beijing) Company Limited.

Search for 360 Safe Browser and Qihoo with Everything Search. Delete what you find. Repeat the same for Avast Download and install Unlocker to help with that.

I struggle to remove 360 Secure Browser. Nothing works from what you told me to do. Is there any other way to do it?

have you completed any of my instructions? There are other tools we can use but it will require you to use the information and tools provided to you. Just as what has been posted.

Let me know what you have done and what you need help with.

I uninstalled bonjour and avast, installed everything search. But I am unable to run unlocker and open 360.bat as an administrator.
