Are the apps safe?

Yes indeed they are safe. You can see that these logs are requested so that we can take a look at your machine, since we are not sitting in front of your computer this will simplify the process of getting you some help.

You can also scan anything you like at VirusTotal if you are worried about it.

Here is the MTB one

The power supply will have a sticker on it with the info we are after.
To get to the sticker you'll need to take off the side cover of the tower.

And to further ease your mind, you should read this; Is Speccy safe?

I took of the side panel but didn’t find any stickers I’m talking about the one behind the motherboard btw

The cover that needs to be removed is the one that will then show all the fans, memory chips, air vents and such.
The other side cover will show you the back of the motherboard, with all its solder points and some cables.
Maybe attaching a picture will explain things better. :)

So the one that is usually glass?

I can’t find anything I would have to take off that metal part that might be hiding the sticker I marked it out
