Hello,
My Asus Notebook (m1603q), at a seemingly random amount of time after i start it, suddenly turns blackscreen and sound off, but the lamp shows it is not shut down, and at the same time the cooling fan becomes reeaallly loud, without the notebook being hot at all. Nobody ever seems to have had the same problem on the internet, first occured the moment i pulled out the mouse from one of the usb spaces, but prob no connection because after that it seemed pretty random. Does anybody have any idea what the problem would be?

Ok go back to device manager, find that unknown device click un-install and then restart your pc to re-install device driver..

no, air is good.
those cans of compressed air, or as I do, the air compressor in the shed.
just hold the fans from over spinning when you do!

you could even use a soft bristled brush and go over everything.
even pulling the machine apart if you want to go that far.

the microfibre is probably the worst tool as it'll get snagged on every component.

the cans of air do the job, but they are expensive for what you get, and only last for maybe 1 minute if you combine all the bursts into one time period.
when I was using them, I'd get maybe 2 PC's worth of cleaning out of one can.

an air compressor is much better, but more powerful so keep that in mind - but of course we all can't get our hands on one! :)

Sorry, didn't get the answer about the "unknown device"

In device manager, right-click on that device and select details.

Scroll down on H/W ids and see the string VEN_10DE&DEV_1E89
