Hello, I have an asus K70io and I have tried uninstalling the camera, reinstalling and reinstalling the whole of Windows but still the camera is upside down? I've also done all Microsoft updates available and installed up to date drivers.

Check under the camera’s setting or under the program which has the camera open for a flip mode or similar.

More here:
If you open another camera app - say Skype - you should be able to flip the camera to correct the problem while using the app.
The general suggestion is that Asus installs certain cameras upside down & the drive is supposed to flip the image but since Windows 10 this isn’t happening within the camera app.

That’s strange.
Are you running Windows 7 or Windows 10?
If Windows 10 then the camera isn’t compatible with that OS.
The only other option is the purchase a USB camera.

Its windows 10 and when I brought the laptop it came with windows 10 and the camera working as it should but since doing small Microsoft updates, its flipped the camera

Have you tried your system restore and try to go back before the updates?

Or this..

First, if you can get into Windows, follow these steps to roll back an update:
  1. Press Win+I to open the Settings app.
  2. Choose Update and Security.
  3. Click the Update History link.
  4. Click the Uninstall Updates link. ...
  5. Choose the update you want to undo. ...

Once you are in Update and Security..

Thanks. The Asus website only lists drivers up to Win 7.
Which update was it? If 2004 then these version updates can stop devices from working due to incompatibility.
Rolling back should correct it.
