Hi I am new to building and working with pcs and I just built my first pc with help and parts from my cousins. I watched countless YouTube videos on how to put everything together and how to set it up. I was going to install windows 10 on my pc and the first time I booted up the windows install software for the flash drive everything went fine but it would not download no matter what I did. So I took a break. Yesterday I went to go try to download windows again and all I got when trying to boot up the install software was the Asrock splashscreen and a loading wheel. So I tried a new flashdrive with freshly downloaded windows install software and same thing. So I tried redownloading the window install software after wiping the drive. And I got the same results. Does anyone know what’s going on.

so you have Windows 10 on a USB stick?
and you made that stick using the Windows Media Creation Tool on another PC?

on your new PC, in BIOS (hit F2, or Del, or F10, or whatever key combo is needed for your particular PC) and check the boot order has the USB stick listed first.

then, when you start the PC, with the stick in, you should get the Windows splash screen.
 
Thank you for the suggestion but have tried this but I should check the boot order when I get home. I’ll get back with results later

Thank you for the suggestion but I just tried this and the exact same thing happened

is this the first PC you have built yourself?
sounds like something isn't quiet right with the build.

list all your parts, with make and models?

show a picture of the innards, in case that sheds light on it.

even try re-assembling the whole thing, outside the case, on a piece of cardboard, and only connect the core essentials needed to boot the PC, so only one memory stick, no graphics card if the mobo and CPU support that, only one drive if you have multiple - all that sort of stuff.

at this stage lets just try to get into BIOS and see if it recognises your main drive and USB stick.
