AOL wont connect..internet adapter turns off

I installed Norton Security and then my AOL downloaded would not connect.

Is there some kind of "Adapter" that can be turned off?

I have to keep restoring my computer to a previous time when it worked. It keeps doing this and I keep restoring.

Security Check Scan.

  • Download Security Check to your desktop.
  • Right click it run as administrator.
  • When the program completes, the tool will automatically open a log file.
  • Please post that log here in your next post.
