  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

I clicked reset my pc in win10. After a successfull install, when the language selection page popped up, the keyboard/mouse were not responding. I have bought ps/2-usb adapter and tried the ps/2 slot, same thing. Checked that the keyboard works on another comp.
I cannot input commands into the PC, All inputs are non-functional.
Tried to put in a system disk from another computer, didn't boot.
What else is there to do?

Does the mouse & keyboard connect via USB or ps/2? If USB. Have you tried a different port?
Can you borrow another mouse or keyboard to see if they work?
Are the mouse & keyboard Bluetooth connected via a USB dongle?

if the mouse/keyboard are in a USB3 (blue) port, try a USB2 (black) port.
USB3 drivers may not be installed after the reset.
