Hello everyone, I have a problem and I need help. I want to update my BIOS, and I followed the necessary steps. First, I downloaded the next BIOS release and saved it on a flash drive formatted to FAT32. Then, I initiated the update process, and during the update, everything was fine with the light during the update. However, after the update, I encountered an issue where my computer emits 1 long beep followed by 2 short beeps during startup. It's important to note that Windows runs without any problems, but it skips the BIOS, I think this cause the BIOS turn on the safe boot, in MSINFO32 Safe boot turn on to. When I attempt to enter the BIOS from the recovery menu in Windows, the computer restarts.

I'm using an MSI A320M-A PRO motherboard. The version I intended to upgrade to is "7C51v16," while my previous version was "7C51v14."

I have tried a few solutions to resolve this problem, but none of them have worked. Firstly, I disconnected the BIOS battery to reset the BIOS settings. Additionally, I attempted to clear the CMOS, but unfortunately, these steps did not resolve the issue.

Video what is going on https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KMQTjBiGrEY1UxVqU56BgWS62yHWwTyn/view?usp=sharing

it's a long shot, but take out the video card (if you have one) and clean its circuitry, contacts, and motherboard slot with a soft bristled brush.
1 long and 2 short POST beeps means a video issue for AWARD BIOS chips.

Let’s get your complete PC specs.
get Speccy from here; https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into your next post.

One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so also include the make/model of the PSU.

I can even change my video card for the another, which 100% working good. But i don't think the problem with video card, because computer after this beeps is starting, and before updating bios everything be fine. But i tried you'r method

Here it is http://speccy.piriform.com/results/ovHMwQ3aR8VsKMTZgZyVnw0
By the way, my frequency on RAM is too low because I accidentally dropped the BIOS.
