After the repair, the pc does not function well

Hello!

After repairing Windows with the "Tweaking Windows Repair 2021" program, several problems appeared in Windows 7.
1. Unable to open .jpg file, no react. Now only if I try to click a lot with the first mouse button, sometimes it opens, especially if I tried to open a photo of a different format, for example. .png format. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but after that it works, but it doesn't always help either.
2. I've never had any problems with BlueStacks, but when I want to open it, I get the error "BlueStacks Android Host has stopped working". There was no way to open it.
3. Opera Browser, as well as TeamViewer, HP Support programs, freeze I mean crashing soon after opening. I don't know what other program crashes.
4. The program "Zoom", which I recently installed, does not open, does not respond at all, no message. The program "ProtonVPN", which I have been using for a long time, also does not respond.

I have no idea what could have happened. But it's kind of strange, because it was supposed to help, but it actually hurt my windows. :(

I did chkdsk and System File Check, but it didn't help.

I installed another rated good program "Advanced SystemRepair" for such repairs as "Corrupted Files and Errors" and "System Optimizations". The program found what was wrong, fixed it, but basically everything is the same. I don't know what to do anymore. I hope some of you can help me. :)

Create a new admin user on the machine, and see how things go from there.
Hit the windows key and R at the same time.
Type CMD hit ok.
Then type or copy and paste.
net localgroup administrators MickeyMouse /add

Log out of your account, then log into the new MickeyMouse account, see how things go from there.

You can change the name to whatever you want, I put mickey mouse...

File association may be messed up.

Sometimes the third-party repair set windows back to a somewhat factory stere and some programs need to be reinstalled.

Know to remove and or replace files and or registry entries that are needed.

May also have to uninstall and reinstall for them to work correctly.
