ok let me explain, i wanted to record game clips so i installed filmora (probably not important) and got to recording, but when it opened it said my graphics card drivers were out of date. now i didnt know how long it'd been since then i got this pc as a gift 2 months ago and im not very tech savvy. i looked in my pc and i think it had an AMD graphics card so i installed the "latest version" of the drivers through their website, i ran the program my pc restarted and blam, its acting up. Tf2 which normally runs 60+ fps at high graphics settings was at a crawling pace on the game menu, the whole computer seems slower, i havent installed much anything at all other than the afformentioned programs and i dont know what to do, ive looked up guides but i dont know what they mean. Help!

after looking at some more things i was able to get my full PC specs, i dont know if all this will be useful but here it is:

Try a system restore point that is before you installed the new drivers or alternatively uninstall the problem drivers that you installed, test then post back with an update for us.
