There's a laptop with 3070ti and ddr4 memory with quite a good price...so should i get that laptop or a laptop with ddr5 memory and 4060 ?

what is the price difference?
what will the laptop be used for?
what is the RAM frequencies of the DDR4 and DDR5 memory?
