Rustys i still cant get addons. I got my pictures and documents on USB from my Linux Mint i also have another USB with Linux Mint on it in case i need it. If i have to reload Linux Mint will the USB work if i reload Linux Mint again? It will be the same version as i have now 17.3

As was stated in you other thread you may have to wait until Mozilla gets the issue resolved on their end.


Even if you reinstall Linux, Firefox may still end up having the same issue. You could try what @gus suggested and try a different browser.

You might also try refreshing the browser and there is no guarantee that it would work ither.
