To start, I'm not very familiar with computers. Just recently, my windows 10 deactivated. Now I get the error message "We can't activate Windows on this device right now. You can try activating again later or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows. Error code: 0x80004005. I've tried to run the troubleshooter but I get another error "Something interrupted out troubleshooting. Make sure your connected to the internet, wait a few minutes, and try again. ( 0x8007000d). Before all this, I was on a Windows 10 Pro activation, now it is saying i'm on Windows 10 enterprise. Thanks in advanced
 
That’s probably why it isn’t activating.
Has there been any update which caused this problem? If so then you can try rolling back the update.

I've just rolling back an update... no luck. Same goes for the key. I'm pretty sure my windows isn't legit and is from some sort of server. Again, I don't know much.

Run this cmd within powershell with admin powershell “(Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey”
Or wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey if using cmd prompt.
Or: Check this program to reveal if there’s a key embedded in the BIOS:
Or: Download and run this: https://www.microsoft.com/p/showkeyplus/9pkvzcprx9nv to find all keys used on the PC.
If it doesn’t show any key then don’t worry as this is normal if the PC came with Windows 10.
If it shows a key then please let me know - do not post the key.

Also run this to see what is currently installed & post the screenshot:
Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter: slmgr.vbs /dlv
This will show a popup showing whether your license is OEM, Retail, or Volume amongst other information.
If this states you have a volume licence then there is away to return to a legal key if there's one in the BIOS.
If it does please post back.

I tried all of the things above, the powershell cmd did not work, and neither did the cmd one. I also downloaded showkeyplus and it has been stuck loading. When I enter slmgr.vbs /dlv into powershell I get this error:

we need to tread carefully here guy re: forum rules.

sounds to me like you do not have the correct Producty Key for your OS.
 
The error just means the key is a digital one & the PC didn’t come with a previous version of Windows (Vista, 7) so that’s not a problem.
What version (Home, Pro, Enterprise) are you running & what should be running?
The cmd should show which of these you are running whether there’s a key embedded or not.

This suggests that a volume licence key (VLK) for a business or education facility etc has been used, the Microsoft servers do not just randomly allocate Windows product keys but instead store what has previously been entered by the end user.

Only solution here is to contact Microsoft directly "how to" here
