Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I'm not sure if this is the place I should be asking this, however, I've recently run into some issues with my computer. It's run perfectly fine since late 2013/early 2014 up until this past week.

My setup:
PSU Corsair RM850
CPU Intel Core i5-4670
CPU @ 3.40 GHz (4 cores)
GPU GTX 780 Ti
Win 10
Ram 16GB

And recently I've been experiencing crashes while playing various titles on steam such as PUBG and R6S. I'm not sure if this is a power supply issue or a motherboard issue. I've also been experiencing turn on/boot issues, however my motherboard was still receiving power despite my computer not turning on. (Had the green light.) So I tightened power supply connections to the various parts and now it boots alright.

I was wondering how I can get my computer crash logs and if anybody could help me figure this out? I believe my computer is overheating, but it's only done this recently. (I downloaded RealTemp and it reads Min temp 40 and max temp 61 C while on desktop with no open applications aside from Discord and this on Google.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

NOTE: It doesn't fully crash, in turn it simply freezes outright and requires a restart to do anything.

Common symptoms of overheating and driver conflicts but can also be caused by hard drive problems.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
 
Tip
If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.

If you are running on a vista machine, please go to where you installed the program and run the program as administrator.

So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

My apologies! I'll edit/continue off of single comments. Something worth noting.. I believe my motherboard is sending false temp(s).
 
Any ASUS software that you may have installed could be conflicting and causing such high reading, HWMonitor and Speedfan are only for guidance and the BIOS readings are generally more accurate, that said the BIOS does not give readings for such things as the Southbridge and other MB components.

There is a lot of info missing from your HWMonitor info and because you have not expanded all of the HWMonitor + tabs and the Windows screen itself, see the attached example of what we need, HWMonitor most often requires two screenshots to get all of the info in.

Couple of questions for you.

Are you using the CPU cooler that shipped with the CPU.

How many case fans do you have and where in the case are they.

What is the brand and model name or number of your case.
