My Acer Swift 1 laptop is stuck in a continuous automatic repair loop. I would like to find a way to get out of this and back to my regular Home screen Windows 10.

to try and get out of that loop, try pushing the power button in for 5 seconds as the Windows screen appears.
do that a few times and the laptop should prompt you to go into the Advanced Startup Options menu.
from there you can try a restore point, or an image snapshot if you took any, or a reset or repair of Windows.
