Acer Aspire 4720 not entering Wincrisis mode, plz advise.

My old Acer Aspire 4720 stopped booting, turns on n HDD light goes off after 3-4 seconds while screen remains blank. If power button is pressed again, it shuts off.

I created a wincrisis flash drive to flash BIOS, assuming that it could b a BIOS problem, pressing Fn+Esc doesn't load the BIOS Flash, instead power LED starts blinking as it does when computer is in sleep mode. Any help?
 
How long have you allowed it to sit like that to see if it does complete the boot.

Is is shutting off or entering sleep.

Remove the battery and power cord hold the power button for 60 seconds to discharge the system.

Re-seat the HDD

Plug just the power into the computer and see if that helps.

where did you get the BIOS update from?
Upgrading your system BIOS incorrectly could harm your Acer product. Please proceed with caution.

Many thanks for ur kind response, below are replies to your queries,

- Allowed upto 20-30 mins to boot, but its net entering boot, as screen stays blank
- Windows 10, version n release I don't remember but the word ghost comes in the name
- Pressing power button again shuts it off
- Removed static charge several times
- Already Reseated HDD, RAMs, CD Drive etc...
- Same results with or without battery
- BIOS I don't remember exactly, but wud probably b from the Acer site
 
Can you tell me where the system came form the only time I have seen Ghost is when the computer is being re imaged at a business via a network.
