I have two HP 27f monitors, they run at 60hz as optimal setting but I bought them to run at 75hz? Would it be damaging or worth/not worth to run it at 60 as opposed to 75 for gaming?

Thanks!

Hello

No damage should occur by trying a different setting. Would it be worth it,never know until you try..

I've heard some people say it's such a small difference that it's not worth putting the strain on the monitors or whatever but that's what I bought them for.
