Hello, i m having some problems installing my 3rd monitor.

Second one is working well, but the third has a check cable signal alert on it.
Both of them were connected via hdmi, tried also via usb adaptor with the 3rd one.
I have reinstalled the graphics card driver, installed from intel website, still not working, tried disableing it from device manager.
I don t know what else to try.
in intel command center it says it supports 4 monitors, but i cant get it to work with 3.
my pc is a dell inspiron 7700, intel core i5 1135G7
I have iris xe graphics card.

any idee what can i try ?

Thanks .

Hello tutorolo,

in intel command center it says it supports 4 monitors, but i cant get it to work with 3

The Intel CPU may be capable of supporting 4 outputs on a computer that have 4 video ports but like your Dell not all computers do.

According to your PC specs here its has the below;

One HDMI 1.4b port
One HDMI-in port

Out of the two ports, which one works and which one does not and have you tried swapping the screens around to see if the none working monitor works when connected to the port that the other screen works with.
