Today i upgraded my GPU from a radeon r9 290x to a gigabyte 1650 super 4g. I was informed that i would need to uninstall my radeon drivers and i proceded to do so, after that i installed the 1650 super and my monitor turned on then popped up with power saving mode then turned off. I double checked pc part picker to see if everything was compatible and it was. my pc specs are CPU: ryzen 5 1600 af RAM: 8gb Motherboard: asrock b450m i bought this second hand and the previous owner didn't inform me of what power supply i had. i have removed and re installed the ram, tried different monitor cable. i was wondering if anybody knows if my new GPU display ports are not working or does anyone know what i could do to fix.

Do you see anything at all on the screen before the screen turns off, BIOS screen or a No signal message being two things that you may see.

Did you install the drivers for the new GPU when you uninstalled the drivers for the R9 GPU.

Have you tried putting the R9 back in to see if that still works.
