More information is needed. What game? You're running HD Graphics 630, so this is what you're up against:

Mostly BattleRoyal games as fortnite and pubg. But is it solely the gpu that is the problem? And is it normal that the motherboard is 120+ celsius?

1. In the Epic Games launcher, try the "Verify" option to confirm the integrity of your game directory.
2. Exit Epic Games launcher after the game launches.
3. Disable replay recording.
4. Enable FPS cap to 60 FPS. I'm actually not sure about this one, I googled your monitor but I can't find the refresh rate in the specs.
5. Maybe mess around with v-sync in the game settings.
