    PC won't show video, literally no matter what is done, LITERALLY!

    I'll explain in order of events: January: I buy a new graphics card rx580 to upgrade from my gt 610, once I installed the drivers the pc showed no video. I tried resetting the BIOS, reinstalling windows, change the GPU back, check cables and monitor, check power supply, check connections, check...
