unidentified problem

    Custom PC endless problems - please help no idea what's wrong.

    Hi, got a custom built pc. Ebay motherboard/ram/processor. Free SSD/PSU/GPU off a random forum. HDD (can't recall); So various aged secondhand components (idk if that matters?) A friend built it, I know nothing about PC builds. I don't know what is and isn't relevant info so please bare with me...
