100% cpu usage from system interrupts only when I plug my ethernet cable
Yesterday I moved out of my old home and went to install my setup and when I turned on my laptop I noticed it was freezing for long periods of time, when I managed to open task manager I found out that system interrupts uses between 20-100% of my cpu. Keyboard and mouse only works in BIOS and Windows Recovery. They don't even work in Safe Mode.

System Interrupts +80% (Closed at request of OP).
Recently I've had system interrupts appearing as over 80% for CPU, sometimes reaching 100%. I read online this could be caused by hardware issue or driver issues, I have run LatencyMon and seems problems with HDAudBus.sys and possibly ndis.sys. I have attached the stats output.
