    Solved Can't sign in after resetting computer

    I have an IBuyPower pre-built pc and I have never had issues with it until recently. Full story is I updated my graphics driver (GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER) and I was unable to use display ports for my monitors. HDMI worked but display didn't display anything.     Solved How to reset windows 10 to original

    My windows 10 seems to be infected with pop ups etc. My pc performance utility informs me that my disk is fragmented and cluttered. I have in the past downloaded software etc. I wish to simply do a complete reinstall of windows. How can i go about doing this?
