My PC is underperforming in games and I have no idea why.
I run a PNY GeForce RTX 3070 8gb gpu, and with several tests with user benchmark, overclocking my gpu, changing settings in games, and even in my windows settings I can't seem to boost frames or performance. Monitor turns off at random intervalls
