pc not booting

    In Progress pc keeps powering on and off and wont properly start up

    pc literally wont boot up. it turns on for 2 seconds then powers off for 5, and repeats. ive turned turned off psu for a bit and turned it back on, same issue. it wont let me attach the 3 second clip here so thats bs
