    Solved RAM Not Being Fully Utilized

    Hello, I have been trying to figure out what exactly is going on with my RAM not being fully utilized after installing my new motherboard. I have tried just about everything like: switching out RAM sticks in the correct slots between all 3 sets of RAM sticks (none of them change the outcome)...

    CPU at max clock speed on idle.

    Hello, I just built my new pc and it's always running at max clock speed. I tried things like speed step, balanced power plan, restarting bios and still nothing. PC specs: I7 13700kf RTX 4070ti 64gb ram NZXT z690 Windows 11
