    High Disk Usage on SSD for No Reason

    Hello, I'm desperate about this issue. I've formatted my PC several times because I can't find a solution to this. It turns out that the PC (usually after downloading something heavy) becomes excessively slow, and I see that disk usage rises above 70% even when absolutely nothing is being done...

    Unreasonable ram usage

    I have 16GB ram. Dual channel. When i just start my laptop. It used 4-6GB ram. 30% usage. https://postimg.cc/5QcVD1m0 Is this normal? When i use premiere pro, it only used 6GB ram but my ram usage reach 90%. I cant find any other ram demanding app as you can see in this screenshot...
