    ASUSTEK M5A97 r2.0 and G.SKILL Trident X 16gb DDR3 CL10, compatibility

    Hello. I want to upgrade the ram on my pc. My pc has a asustek m5a97 r2.0 motherboard and i have found a good deal on a pair of g.sklill trident x 16gb ddr3 ram sticks however i dont know if they are compatable with my motherboard. Does anyone know if they are compatable with eachother?

    Solved Using 2 Different Manufacturers for RAM?

    I am looking to add some more RAM to my system. I currently have 16GB (2x8GB) of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 C18-22-22-42. I was going to go with the same exact RAM but it's sold out everywhere. So right now my only option is to go with a different manufacturer. I was looking at G.Skill...
