    In Progress cannot open volume for direct access from hirens

    I am using a Dell Inspiron 16. When I boot windows, the drive C: works properly. When i boot a portable usb with Hirens it does not see the disk C: at all. when i run chkdsk it says cannot open volume for direct access. How to fix this?

    Hanging and broken apps (Idk anymore)

    Most my apps arent working and have this weird darkened icon, along with loading(?) bars under their icons in the app list in the start menu, microsoft store isnt working either. Troubleshooting says that i have "Hanging" apps (while writing this i did it again and now it says i dont have them...
