Few days ago I jump on fortnite all my settings an the keyboard is inferioring with the controller brought new controller today it worked properly for hours jumped off few hours later hope on happened again without touching a setting any help would be unreal

The keyboard is wired the controller is wired I thought it might have been usb cord that brought new controller Bluetooth it worked for hours I just updated the xbox firmware still have the problem?

Is the cable a genuine Microsoft xBox one?
Are the keyboard & controller connected to a USB hub or direct to the PC?
If you connect the cable then try setting up the bluetooth connection does this work?

The cable is a Genuine Microsoft keyboard is onto off pc controller back off pc when playing a game with controller instead off the controller binds it's the kbm binds are showing up plus I push down on the left Joy stick it changes my monitor res size I will attach a photo later it's just after 6 plus thanks for helping I'm lost lol
