Hi, need some Help. I have a AMD PC, I have been having some problems with it running slow and not running a game that I play. I went to reset the PC through windows 10, but was having problems with that as it would not let me reset with any of the reset options. The other day I pushed the reset button on my PC, now I cannot get past the start up. The mouse and keyboard will not work, it is wireless, I have tried a wired mouse but still no good, there is no cursor. What can I do????

g'day Novice and welcome.

I would be nuking it from space so to speak.
you were going to reset Windows, so I'm hoping that meant you already had your data backed up.
all you need extra to fresh install Windows and all your software are the install CD's, downloads and license keys.

there's lot of band-aid solutions I could get you to try but there will be a lot of to'ing and fro'ing plus it sounds like you may have of few things going on with the PC from maybe a simple stuck Windows Update to a full-blown hard drive failure.

in case it may be simply resolved, start with booting Windows up (assuming you have Windows 10) and mid-startup, hold in the power button to force it to shutdown.
repeat a few times and eventually Windows will go "hang on, I can't start, please wait, attempting repairs" and should take to the the ASO (Advanced Startup Options) menu. go to the Repair My PC (Advanced, Troubleshoot - can't remember off the top of my head) and you can do a Repair Install that will reload Windows but leave all your data as is.

At the moment I have had no success, I didn't use the windows reset, I used the rest button on the front of my PC, the mouse and keyboard are not responding. I can't do what some people have suggested.
