I do have the .iso file downloaded (media creation tool refused to work). I have a flash drive (but no DVD). How do I go about performing a clean installation?
My CPU DOES support x64.

Is there any way were I can directly switch from Windows 7 32bit to Windows 10 64bit (with or without formatting) without having to use a DVD?

Suppose to be able to install from the media creating tool if you are using the same system.

As a precaution will always suggest that you back up personal data.
I wasn't able to download the media creation tool. Don't know why though! Regardless, I used a tool called Rufus (a recommendation from another forum) and now I'm confused on whether I need a CD drive to perform the clean installation or am I good to go with the USB drive!

Download the tool that allows you to create a bootable USB stick.

I got a "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service" error. I had to download it from my mobile device as it refused to download on PC

Which link are you selecting from the download page?
Are you transferring the file to the computer to complete the install?

On the system that you are attempting to install windows on let's get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

There were no download options on the page. Just one "download media creation" tool option. Yes, I did transform the file from my mobile device to my PC for installation as the download button wasn't clickable on my PC (don't know why though!).
Could the boot menu remotely be related to wrong date and time as I just discovered my clock was behind?

This is the Speccy link

Your processor does not support windows 10 32/64 bit according to the following sites.
CPU Intel Pentium T4200 @ 2.00GHz
Penryn 45nm Technology

Have you tried disabling the security software?

Another only option is to get a Dual Layer DVD and write the disk.

Clear out some of the stuff from the Hard Drive another issue is the lack of space to see if that helps at all.

See if a friend can create the USB drive for you.

Once you get the USB drive created you will have to delete everything on the system and preform a clean install going form a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit OS.

Hello again, I just tried changing the settings in Rufus from UEFI to BIOS and this time it started booting until I received a new "BOTMGR is missing" error! So, I don't think the problem is with the USB! The hard drive is empty. Firewall is turned on thought. Could that be causative?

Stop using Rufus it is not working never really has.

I use USB Writer have had zero issues with it.

Hers is another that have used and have had zero issues with.
