Hi tudaodu, Welcome to PCHF! :)

Try using System Restore in Windows 10 and see if that restores your programs that Windows 10 uninstalled. Did you perform an upgrade to Windows 10?

Thank you.
The PC is FROZEN, meaning all new installed programs will be deleted after reboot or at set time. System Restore will not work unless the PC is UNFROZE.
I don't know how to phrase the question for other to help me to UNFROZE the Windows setting, been searching on this but no luck.
IT might use a different term for FROZE and UNFROZE, I just don't know how to search for.

"Deep Freeze, by Faronics, is a software application available for the Microsoft Windows, and macOS operating systems which allows system administrators to protect the core operating system and configuration files on a workstation or server by restoring a computer back to the saved configuration, each time the computer"
Just don't know how to unfreeze.

I see. I would suggest performing a clean install on Windows 10 which will allow you to have full control of the system since you cannot remove the Deep freeze program.

Is this a laptop or a desktop computer?

You can reset the BIOS by removing and re-seating the CMOS battery which will reset the BIOS back to default settings.

Is this a work computer or a computer you got second hand?
