My PC build is i3 9100F, RX 580 4GB, 8GB 2133 DDR4 RAM. I am using the stock cpu cooler. When I play games like fortnite and in the end of the game there are many players, my fps becomes very laggy. Sometimes the fps counter has a high number but it feel so extremely choppy. Please help, thanks.

From what i see your GPU and the CPU are running a little warm... Check your fans on those 2.. Could be the psu is not running the correct voltage on the cpu.
how do i check the fans? and what should i be looking for. i dont know anything about voltage for cpu either sorry.
You will have to open your pc case and watch the fans when you power it back up. When is the last time you clean out the dust with can air?

Try performing a clean boot in Windows and see if the frame drops still occur.
Did you set the power plan to high performance in Windows? What version of Windows 10 are you using? Have you updated your video drivers for your video card from AMD's website?
