I want to back up or clone my laptop hard drive...."everything" on the drive..... All of my apps, my files and Windows 10... Is this possible?

I just reinstalled Windows 10 and installed all of "my" apps and everything is working good now.....So I now want to do a comprehensive back-up.

Should I just use what is available in Windows 10 or opt for other software? Also, is there any "totally Free" software out there that would be easy to use to do what I want?

Thanks again!

Acronis backup software is excellent commercial software that has many more features than the limited features of the O/S.

Macrium as recommended previously, or Aomei are both free and easy to use, will both backup and clone, and again offer far more features than your inbuilt backup software. A link to a guide was also supplied.

Will now close this duplicate thread.
