Weird video behaviour on desktop

Hello everyone,
Yesterday my desktop (dual Fedora Linux / Windows 11 OS') had a sudden failure while playing videogames on Win: video started showing strange lines and becoming irresponsive. Since then this stripes keep on appearing at boot (see first pic), which is also slower and after selecting OS stripes are all over the place and is impossible to see if the OS is in fact initiated or not (see second pic),
Would anybody have a clue of the possible origin of the failure (video card, CPU, ...?).

Thanks a lot.

laptop or desktop?
how is monitor connected - HDMI, VGA, DVI, DP?
does it happen in both OS's?
onboard graphics card or add-on card?

what have you tried so far - changing cables, changing screens, if add-on card - remove and clean?
