WASD only works when holding Alt key

The laptop I am using is a Nitro 5 running Windows 10.

When playing games, the default keys are always W, A, S, and D. This morning, I played a couple rounds of my favorite game and nothing was wrong. However, just out of the ordinary, the keys completely stopped working. Despite them working completely fine about 30 minutes before the issue. They still work in the sense of me typing this post. It is only in games when they don't work. The arrow keys work fine to walk around in games but it is difficult using them.

I discovered that the WASD keys do work when I hold down either the Alt or AltGr key. And I think it's pretty self explanatory why this can get annoying holding the key down constantly just to walk in games.

I have checked keybind settings in game and it says it is set to WASD, I have reset my pc, and I have clean boot it. While the clean boot did help, it was only temporary as the issue came right back 10-20 minutes after.
I have also tried things such as the Fn+W, Fn+Esc, Fn+Windows key, and Fn+Left arrow key. None of them worked.

I apologize if I used the forums incorrectly as I am new to this site and this was kinda my last option I had before giving up. I am desperate for help!

Have you looked at the NitroSense and Acer TrueHarmony settings?

Also, might look at the Sticky keys and see if maybe.

Might also check to see if there are any key binding programs or otherwise happening.

Other than that, contact Acer or post on their forums.
