Virtually scaling display resolution

Hey im new here and this is probably in the wrong section so im already apologizing in advance :)

So i currently got a problem regarding a virtualization server running on windows 10 for my company..

I know there are better solutions but everything works and has the right settings so a change would be a no brainer.

Now i want to put the server into a different room because of the load noise and heat it produces, since i cant drill any holes into the wall i need to get onto the server virtually, i currently am running it with anydesk (if anyone knows a better free solution please let me know) to monitor all the hardware and custom programms i made.

The problem is to have a good and general view of everything running is that i need a bigger screen, i would currently go for a small raspery pi screen for booting and doing work in the server room.. however if i want to do the normal work from another room and the monitoring i need a 4k output to display everything on a big screen while being able to see all the windows and programs.

How can i scale the screen virtually i already tried it with the amd software but it just says the display doesnt support a custom resultion, do i need one of the dummy 4k hdmi plugs or is there a software solution?

A big thanks in advance :)
