I'm pretty technical but I have no idea what's wrong here. This is only happening with Diablo 4. Troubleshooting attempts and specs are in youtube description.

Issue - Game runs completely stable above 200fps as well as every other game I play. The issue is specific to the streaming software. Whenever I move my mouse everything lags and buffers in the streaming software.

Note: I've tried 2 different streaming software. The game continues to run smooth while the streaming software display preview/recording lags and buffers. This does not happen in any other game or program and has never happened to me before. Leading me to believe this is specific to Diablo 4 but I can't find anything on google. Please help!

I'm going to have to leave that call to my advisor, the forum rules might currently be undergoing some revisions I'm not positive though - I'll have to wait until @veeg gives us his decision.

And off we go!

Have you tried using just one monitor? Varying refresh rates can cause a myriad of issues.

Furthermore, does the issue occur in the actual recordings? Windows prioritizes the window/tab you're in IIRC, this can cause other parts to look choppy when sharing a screen or streaming.

Does the issue occur in the actual game? I can't tell from the video if the game has a stuttering mouse issue as well.

Great! Thanks jmarket! @Pyro - I will try one monitor asap and get back to you. This does occur in the recordings. This does NOT effect the game in any way, ONLY the recording/streaming software (both Streamlabs OBS & OBS standalone). Note again that this has NEVER happened to me before and doesn't occur with any other program other than Diablo 4.
