Very loud and irritating noise

So just upgraded my PC to ryzen 5 5600X with stock cooler and Asus tuf gaming b550 plus, and it does this, very loud noise (when it's clock speed rises, the noise is even louder and more irritating). r5 5600x runs at minimum of 3,8GHz and maximum od 4,6 or 4,7GHz. What causes this noise? Can i do something with it?

I've just found the sound gets louder the more RPM the cpu fan has
I also want to say that ive had the same noise on my previous cpu: Intel i5-7400k only when it was at 3+GHz clock speeds

is the noise coming from the processor fan or the graphics card fan?

either way, the noise is from the fan spinning more because the heat increases and the fan has to work harder to push more air to keep things cool.

what other fans are in the chassis - intake fans, exhaust fans?
perhaps you need a better air cooler and or even water cooler.

I think it's from CPU fan, because i can see that the noise is bigger as cpu's temp and cpu fan's RPM rises.
I had the same sound on my previous cpu, but it was way less louder, and also only when cpu was working On high clock speeds, but the sound was always only at the beggining
