Hello everyone,
I own an Asus X541U laptop with two USB ports: one is USB 2.0, and the other is USB 3.0. Recently, I encountered an issue where both ports stopped recognizing any devices. When I connect a device, it lights up, but Windows displays an error message stating that the USB device is not recognized.
Interestingly, the USB 3.0 port still manages to recognize an external 3.0 hard drive.
I've already attempted to resolve the issue by reinstalling the USB port drivers, upgrading the existing drivers, and updating the BIOS drivers. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
