Unable to reset pc PLS HELP

So i want to reset my pc but when i do so it comes up with a message saying there was a problem resetting your pc/no changes were made i have feeling that this could be because i did install an ssd to my pc like 2 years ago and i use it as the boot drive now with windows installed on it and i use my hdd as a storage drive now and also ive looked at solutions on youtube ect and there was something on command prompt when i search my hard drives my windows is on c drive but in command prompt it's on d drive and everything on my d is on c but on my computer in the file manager its the other way around so can somone please help thank you
Also i do have windows installed on my old drive still, that use to be the original boot drive

Can you upload an expanded screenshot of Disk Manager for us.

Access Disk Management via Run.

Press the Windows+R keys to open Run, type diskmgmt.msc in the empty box then press OK.

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

since you are resetting, I'll assume you have your data backed up somewhere.
like the old drive for example.

then..... I'd be unplugging the old drive and reloading Windows afresh on the SSD.
so get yourself the Microsoft Media Creation Tool from here; https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
and create a USB of WIn10.

use that to wipe and load a new copy of Windows on the SSD.
when all done, plug back in the HDD and use it as your were, a storage drive, and remove the Windows related folders off it.

The only bootable device in the screenshot is drive C: which I take is the SSD that you mention, device D: looks to me as if it was set up by an OEM such as Dell or HP, is your computer a brand name or a custom build.

What I suggest you try, open Disk Manager, right click on an area of the D: drive partitions, select the Offline option and then head of and try the reset again, if all goes ok, go back afterwards and repeat the process to put the drive back online.
