Solved Unable to reset computer

Hey all,

I have a custom built PC, and Windows has been working wonky, so I am trying to format and start over. I created a usb key with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, which was done without issue. The problem is, my computer always hangs when I go to restart my computer, no matter what I do. I have tried resetting it, I have tried booting from the usb key.... nothing. I'll attach a screenshot of the specs. Any help is appreciated.

Is the computer actually powered right down , not just rebooting ??
If you power right down remove the power cord and do the same for the monitor, leave it for a minute or two before plugging back in it should then boot back in the BIOS normally.

If the USB has created correctly with an Empty drive it should detect the USB and boot from that on its own. (default settings)

Over the years also learnt - Make sure you use the rear USB ports, the front sometimes wont always detect a USB Boot Drive.

I physically turned on and off the computer, so it wasn't just restarted. I unplugged the monitor and computer from the wall for a few minutes, then rebooted, still no dice

Are your graphics onboard or Via A Card ? If card remove it and try the onboard (Only a test to see if it boots without the card) Even without a USB attached it should boot to the BIOS.

Does the board have Jumpers to clear /reset the CMOS ?

Ok so i have an update. I plugged the monitor into the graphics card and it worked and i was able to install windows, though i do have another problem. My ethernet and network drivers have to be updated, but i don't have internet on this computer, and i don't have another computer.......just a phone
