The pc looks fine and the monitor to everything was working fine until I unplugged both of them and then it stopped working
Ya it does turn on and everything it just doesn’t read it I’m not sure what could be the issue it’s a cyber pc 3070
Look at the board and it will have the details - example here https://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/g31m-s/

Yes we need the make and model of the motherboard to look at a reset.
The pic you supplied is of the drive - no use to us.

Did you get any paperwork with the computer ?
If yes does it mention what motherboard you have.
Cyber make pc with different types of boards - Like Asrock and Gigabyte.
Have a look at the back of the computer and see if it has a cmos reset button
Disconnect the power cord from the wall and push the reset.
Connect the power

If you feel comfortable working on the pc
Remove power cord
on the back of the graphics card is a leaver you need to use to help remove the card - DO NOT FORCE
When it is removed you should be able to see the MB details
