The monitor won’t read HDMI from the pc after I accidentally disconnected both from the power source

Did you get any paperwork with the computer ?
If yes does it mention what motherboard you have.
Cyber make pc with different types of boards - Like Asrock and Gigabyte.
Have a look at the back of the computer and see if it has a cmos reset button
Disconnect the power cord from the wall and push the reset.
Connect the power
test
 
@rage - the info Peter is chasing should either be written underneath the graphics card you showed in your last pic, so you'll have to remove that, or it looks like a bit of the make/model number is sticking out, between the memory slots and the processor socket.
