Synchronization of folders - hyperlinks in .odt files not working (the structure of folders is the same)

I have .odt (LibreOffice Writer) files with hyperlinks (another .odt files are linked: insert -hyperlink -then I select the file). I have the same structure of folders and subfolders on my OneDrive and on my USB drive. If I save an odt. file with hyperlinks on my USB stick and if I then copy the file with hyperlinks from USB Drive to OneDrive, the links works in both files, despite the fact that the path is not the same, only the end of it:

OneDrive:
file:///C:/Users/nnn/OneDrivemmm/ZZZZZZZZZZ/YY/XX.odt

USB Drive copy:
file:///M:/ZZZZZZZZZZ/YY/XX.odt

But if I save an odt. file with hyperlinks on my OneDrive and if I then copy it to USB, the links
don´t work not (in the copy saved to USB stick). If I compare the paths in boths hyperlinks, there seems to be the same difference as above... But above, it works - and here not.

Please, how can I fix it? I will save my files to OneDrive and create backups on an USB drive. But it seems that this backups would be of no value.

Thank you.
