Spikes on RX 6500 XT

Why do I have these spikes in valorant? I play on low settings....

The gpu is brand new, I might return it

All the games are the same with spikes but high fps


psu has 500w
max gpu temp is 50 celsius
cpu : i3-9100f
16gb ram
1tb kingston sata 3
